Trade AI sits on top of the free Quotes & invoices and does the paperwork nobody went into the trade for. Send it a few photos and a line about the job and it drafts the quote, priced from your own past quotes where it can and clearly marked as an estimate where it cannot.

Once a quote is accepted it drafts the materials list for the job, follows up quotes that go quiet on day three and day seven, and writes a plain-English job report for the customer when the work is done. For an invoice that is overdue it drafts the final notice with the right legal wording for a household or a business client.
You review every draft before a customer sees it. It never changes a price or a total on its own, and once you have a few quotes and paid invoices behind you it tells you where you win and lose work.
