Staff pay, AI bundles as a cost, other income, and a QR poster for every kind of business

Costs & profit now records what you pay your team and what your AI bundles cost without you typing it, lets you add income SENTIREV cannot see, and says plainly where every pound of revenue comes from. The QR poster works for shops and quotes too.

Staff pay. On Team, each person now has a Pay button. Set how you pay them: per hour (with their usual hours a week), per day, per week, month or year, per completed booking, or a share of the takings of the bookings they carry out. Add bonuses, overtime and deductions as they happen. From the day it starts, pay counts as an expense in Costs & profit, in your PDF reports, insights and digest. It is for your books only: SENTIREV never moves wages and your team never sees these figures.

AI bundles as a cost. The AI bundles your business pays for now count as a running cost automatically, priced from your live subscriptions, with the multi-bundle discount taken off. Free bundles show at £0. Untick "Count as a cost" under Costs & profit if you would rather leave them out.

Other income. Costs & profit has an "Add income" button for money SENTIREV cannot see: a sale made in person, chair or room rent a worker pays you, a market stall, a grant. It joins your revenue everywhere the revenue is shown. Please do not add bookings, website orders, paid invoices or your weekly takings there, as those are counted already.

Where revenue comes from. The Revenue figure on Analytics and in Costs & profit now says what it is made of: completed bookings, paid shop orders, paid quotes & invoices, weekly takings you entered and other income you added. It always counted all of these; now it says so.

Cost per service. The "Track cost per service" box on Costs & profit now lists your services with a Cost to you field right there, so you can type the cost without going to the Services page (it stays there too).

QR poster. The printable A5 poster is no longer only for bookings. A shop gets "Shop online", a business that sends quotes gets "Get a quote", and a business with a live website gets "Find us online", each with the right link. Find it on Home.

Tidy-up. On Team, Services and Branches, opening one card (for example a person's permissions) no longer stretches the cards next to it.
