Three things for every business, plus some tidying.
Item finder (Intelligence AI). Tell it what you need to buy, from a barber's chair to a card reader to stock, and it searches the web for real listings at the lowest price or in the best condition. It asks first if it is not sure what you mean, every result links to the page it came from, and anything it cannot show a real page for is left out. This replaces the old Tech Research reports.
Costs and profit. On Your numbers (and on Operations AI analytics) you can now list what the business pays out, monthly, yearly or one-off, and SENTIREV shows your profit against the revenue it already knows from bookings, shop orders and the takings you enter. With Operations AI or Intelligence AI you can also ask for cost-cutting suggestions worked out only from those figures.
Sign out everywhere. In Settings (web and phone) there is a new box for when you think someone else is in your account: one press signs out every phone, tablet and computer at once, this one included. Sign back in, choose a new password and check two-factor is on. Help and Support also has a quick way to tell us if you think your account has been hacked.
Also in this update: - Accounts that only sell products, or only use the AI tools, no longer see booking pages, booking-only AI tools or booking talk from the AI, and no one can book with them. - Account history now describes changes made through the assistant in plain words. - The assistant's daily message count resets at midnight without a refresh. - Explore cards and business pages only offer Book where the business actually takes bookings. - Security improvements for admin accounts.
