**One picker, tick what fits.** The web, phone and admin sign-up screens used to offer five separate account types, with quotes and invoices tucked away as a tick box further down. Now there are three options you can combine — Bookings, Shop, Quotes & invoices — and the account is set up from what you tick. Everything still comes with the AI tools, a website and a listing, and every option can be switched on or off later in Settings. People who only want the AI tools still have their one-minute path.
**Privacy policy rewritten.** The new policy walks through every feature — bookings, payments, the shop, quotes and invoices, messaging, the chat widget, hosted websites, connected email and calendars, the AI tools, loyalty and referrals, staff data, consent records, notifications, safety and support access — and says what is collected, why, on what legal basis, who else touches it, where it is processed, and how long it is kept. It includes our processing terms for businesses that hold their clients' data on SENTIREV, a full list of the providers we use, and a plain summary at the top.
**Terms updated.** Clearer acceptable-use rules (including for the AI features and connected email), a data-and-privacy section that ties businesses' responsibilities to the policy, and notes on one-account-one-role and logged support access.
