A bookings business now appears in Explore once it has its first service, so every card you see can be booked. Picking Quotes & invoices on its own creates an unlisted quotes account, and its link lets customers ask for a quote. Add products to collect only shows when the shop has products.

One compact picker when a business signs up, and a rewritten privacy policy
Signing up a business now starts with three tick boxes that combine — Bookings, Shop, Quotes & invoices — instead of five separate types, on the web, the phone and the admin form. Our privacy policy has been rewritten to cover every feature, and the terms gain clearer acceptable-use and data rules.

Confirm your password at sign-up, and referral codes on every business sign-up
New accounts now type their password twice, so a typo cannot lock you out on day one. A business referred by another can enter the referral code on every sign-up path, including Get AI tools and in-person sign-ups by our team, and the referral card now says exactly where the code goes.

Add someone who already has a SENTIREV account to your team
Giving a team member a login now works when they already use SENTIREV as a customer or work for another business. Enter their email and leave the password empty: they get an invitation to accept from their own account, and their password stays theirs.

Quotes and invoices from the first day, and a few sign-in fixes
Every business sign-up now offers Quotes & invoices (SENTIREV Trade) as a choice or a tick. The sign-in code can be resent for accounts we set up in person, a no-show can only be recorded after the appointment time, and a blocked customer cannot buy from that shop.

Change your sign-in email, close a day from your phone, and a tidy-up
You can now change the email you sign in with yourself, from Settings on the web or the app. Opening hours can be closed for a day on the phone too. AI price changes now appear under AI activity with Undo, and copy across the site now counts all six AI bundles.

A sweep of every screen at laptop size: dashboard, admin, customer and worker pages now either fill the screen or sit centred, instead of hugging the left edge with empty space on the right.

Features that now talk to each other
A sweep of the places where one setting quietly ignored another: the shop switch and the shop feature, the Features tab, sponsored placement, team chat, the photo gallery and card readers all now follow one switch each. Costs and profit moved into Analytics and into your reports.

Home now matches your booking switch
Some older AI-tools accounts saw Settings say bookings were on while Home told them to add bookings. Both now read the same switch, and Home says "in review" once you have asked to take bookings.

Two switches in Settings now say whether you take bookings and whether you sell products. Together they pick the right account type, and you can change them whenever your business changes.
